Chicken and Corn Puffs

Ingredients of Chicken and Corn Puffs

  • 3 teaspoon virgin olive oil
  • 100 gm cream cheese
  • 250 gm crescent dinner roll
  • 300 gm chicken
  • 200 gm corn

For Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For Garnishing

  • sesame seeds as required

How to make Chicken and Corn Puffs

Step 1 Start by pre-heating the oven at a temperature of 195 degrees Celsius. While it heats, take the shredded chicken in a bowl and season it with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Add the cream cheese to it and mix well. Keep this mixture aside.

Step 2 Take the crescent dinner rolls and cut them in triangular shapes. Put adequate amount of filling mixture prepared in the step above in each triangle and fold its edges inwards hence forming a puff. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on each of the puffs.

Step 3 Place a baking sheet on a tray and grease it with a little olive oil and place the puffs on it. Bake them in the pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Taker this tray out of the oven now and serve hot.
